Hello Beta Alpha Psi!  Welcome to the Spring 2012 semester!

Here are a few interesting and important events that our chapter is participating in:

  • Meet the Firms:  This is the most important recruiting event for students.  Regardless of what level in the accounting program you are in, you should attend Meet the Firms.  It is a great way to meet and network with accounting and information systems professionals.  Meet the Firms will be held Thursday, February 16, 2012, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at The Odyssey in Granada Hills.  Buy your tickets in Juniper Hall now!  More information can be found at http://www.meetthefirms.org/
  • Candidate Integration Day:  This event is fun and mandatory.  It is a nice way for you to meet everybody in our chapter.  It will be held Saturday, March 3.
  • Awards Banquet:  The Awards Banquet is held once a year.  It is a great way to meet and reconnect with professionals.  Many students also win monetary awards at this event.  The Awards Banquet will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Castaway in Burbank.  Information about purchasing tickets will be made available as we approach the event.  For more information, check out the Awards Banquet website at http://www.awardsbanquet.org/
