Spring 2020 Registration

In the Spring 2020 Semester, BAP representatives will begin accepting candidate applications starting on January 27, 2020 in Bookstein Hall at the courtyard area (1st floor).

Membership Requirements

GPA Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in ACCT 350 (Accounting Majors), or FIN 352 (Finance Majors), or IS 312 (Information Systems Majors) :

  1. Major GPA ≥ 3.50 and
  2. Overall GPA ≥ 3.50 or a GPA of ≥ 3.50 in the most recent 30 units completed
  • Completed first respective major course (ACCT 350 or FIN 352 or IS 312)

  1. Major GPA ≥ 3.30 and
  2. Upper division major GPA ≥ 3.00 and
  3. Overall GPA ≥ 3.20 or a GPA of ≥ 3.50 in the most recent 30 units completed

Membership Fees:

  • First-time candidates are required to pay a one-time candidate fee of $100. A portion of this amount is paid out to the international organization for your lifetime membership. 
  • Returning candidates, members and initiates pay $40 dues every semester. 

Note: You are not required to pay for membership until your application and transcripts have been reviewed by the faculty advisor and you received an email to confirm your acceptance into the club.  


Application Process:

  • You may sign-up for membership in-person during our table sitting hours. 
  • Once you complete the sign-up, you must set up an appointment with the faculty advisor and have your most recent DPR and unofficial transcript approved. 
  • Returning members only: you must pay $40 every semester, regardless of membership status. 
  • New members only: once the faculty advisor has confirmed your acceptance into Beta Alpha Psi, you will be invited to Candidate Integration Day where you can pay the initial $100 membership fee and be initiated into the club as a candidate.
