Membership Status Requirements

For Accounting Majors, candidates are considered students who are currently enrolled in Accounting 350, Accounting 620A, or Accounting 520.​

For Finance Majors, candidates are considered students who are currently enrolled in Finance 303.

For Information Systems Majors, candidates are considered students who are currently enrolled in Information Systems 312.

For Accounting Majors, initiates are considered students who have completed Accounting 350, Accounting 620A, or Accounting 520 but have not completed Accounting 352, Accounting 620B, or Accounting 633.

For Finance Majors, initiates are considered students who have completed Finance 303 but have not completed 5 Upper-Division Finance Courses.

For Information Systems Majors, initiates are considered students who have completed Information Systems 312 but have not completed Information Systems 431 and 435.

For Accounting Majors, those who are up for membership are considered students who have passed Accounting 352, Accounting 620B, or Accounting 633.

For Finance Majors, those who are up for membership are considered students who have completed 5 Upper Division Finance Courses.

For Information Systems Majors, those who are up for membership are considered students who have passed Information Systems 431 and 435 and are a current Executive Board Member.

For Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems Majors, initiated members are those who have attended the initiation dinner and have received a pin. Those who have been initiated are considered lifetime members.

Upon graduation, alumni are invited to various BAP professional and social events.
